WIN £500 OF FOREIGN CURRENCY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. This promotion (the “promotion”) is being provided by Guernsey Post Ltd, located at Envoy House, La Vrangue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1AA (“Guernsey Post”).
2. By completing the postcard entry form you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. All Guernsey Post employees and their families shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion
4. To enter the Promotion you must correctly answer the question: “From how many (Guernsey Post) branches can you buy Euros and US Dollars?” and hand in the completed postcard entry form to Guernsey Post retail staff at participating branches. Participating branches include: Smith Street & Envoy House in St Peter Port, Cobo, L’Islet, Rohais, St Peter’s, Forest, Sark and Alderney post offices. You should also provide your full name, address, mobile and/or daytime telephone number and email address, if applicable. N.B. you must be a resident of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Entries that have been lost or damaged or entries that have not been received before the cut-off date set forth below will not be included in the draw.
5. Only one entry may be made per person. If more than one entry is received for a person, only the first entry shall be accepted. Entries must be on the official postcard entry form provided. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion.
6. All entries must be received no later than midnight on the 31st May 2008.
7. The main prize is £500 worth of foreign currency of your choice, based on the Guernsey Post rate of exchange on the day the prize is redeemed. Depending on the currency requested, it may be necessary for Guernsey Post to order the currency which may delay the collection date of the currency. Your choice of currency includes currencies available to Guernsey Post via its wholesale supplier only.
8. A winner letter will be dispatched to the address provided on the postcard entry form by no later than 4th June 2008.
9. The award is non-exchangeable and may not be fulfilled in Sterling cash.
10. In the event of a dispute the decision of Guernsey Post is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
11. Winner may be required to take part in any PR activity required by Guernsey Post. By participating in this Promotion you expressly consent to your name and image being used in any promotional materials that Guernsey Post may determine. Data captured during this Promotion will be destroyed within 30 days if you have indicated on your postcard entry form that you do not wish to be contacted by Guernsey Post about its services and special offers
