PRE-PAID CARDS - how they work
Using two Mastercards©, a primary card and a secondary card, the primary card holder “tops up” the primary card with cash deposits made via Guernsey Post.
The secondary card holder can then access any money on the primary card using their secondary card:
- either by paying for purchases using their MasterCard©
- or by withdrawing cash using an ATM N.B. cash may be withdrawn in the local currency
